30/DECEMBER/2023

• The account login and store checkout processes now use hCaptcha instead of Google's ReCaptcha service. If there are any issues in relation to this change, please contact us immediately.

27/DECEMBER/2023

• The code for our Discord bot has passed our testing and it is now live. Genuine users can now login to their account and join our Discord server. We are looking forward to meeting and chatting with you in the server.

26/DECEMBER/2023

• We are currently giving our Discord bot a final test before going live and allowing users to join. We anticipate the testing to be completed in a few hours.
• The new firmware update will begin to be rolled out to public BETA users over the next few days.

17/DECEMBER/2023

• We are planning to start our Discord server again in 2 weeks time as we will begin to add public users to our BETA firmware during that period.
• The Systems Console program we designed for the PC is being considered to become open source on GitHub. This will give developers and hackers the creative freedom they desire with their genuine cartridge. Pushes to the repository will then be approved by us for public distribution via automatic updates within the C# program coming directly from our authorised server.

21/NOVEMBER/2023

• PSIO Cartridges on pre-order will start shipment in January 2024.
• After doing a lot of research, we have switched from lead-free SAC305 solder on all our circuit boards to lead-free SN100C.

12/NOVEMBER/2023

• We are still hoping for a BETA in late December for the overdue firmware update 🥳
• The forums will be focused on once the update is live as we are prioritising development on both the update and manufacturing.
• PSIO Cartridges on pre-order are still on track to start shipping by December but might be delayed into January (especially as we take a break for Christmas and the New Year).
• We will keep this new page updated as needed. We thank you for your patience 🙏

14/OCTOBER/2023

• We are still finding problems and fixing issues with the new firmware update. We still don't have an official public release date at this stage but we are hoping for a late December BETA release (just in time for the holiday break). Just a reminder that we do not guarantee this date however as internal development issues can still arise and stall the update further.
• PSIO Cartridges on pre-order should also start shipping by December and we should also start to have stock on hand available again 🙂

07/JULY/2023

• We are aiming for a new private BETA to a few select users hopefully by mid August where a release to the public of the firmware should hopefully be available by September. We do not guarantee these dates however as issues can still arise while we continue to prepare things in the backend which may change the estimated timeframe 😅
• The Discord OAuth2 logic has been completed and will be available to users once the update is publicly available from their 'My Account' page.
• We will continue to focus on getting the forums up and running once the update is publicly available.

10/JUNE/2023

• The compatibility page has been updated to now show our Jira issues in real time.
• We are still trying to migrate our forums. We have managed to convert the database, but the new forum software has a few issues we need to tweak before going live.
• We plan to have an official date for the new firmware release soon.
• We are working on adding a Discord invite page to the 'My Account' section.

05/JUNE/2023

• We are still trying to migrate our forums. At the moment, we have had to convert the Microsoft SQL Server database to MySQL and then copy that to new forum software. If the forums cannot be migrated, we will unfortunately have to start with an empty and brand new forum.
• Joining our Discord Server will be available at a later date as we are working on writing the PHP code to handle OAuth2.

01/JUNE/2023

• A cache has been implemented on the site along with some image optimisation in order to speed up the load times.
• We are working on migrating our forums still.

24/MAY/2023 – We have finally launched our new website which will be home to PSIO at our new URL psio.cybdyn-systems.com.au 🎉

As for the new firmware update, we are doing some final tests and will have it launched very soon. News in relation to it will be shared here and it will be downloadable from this site under your account.
