20/AUGUST/2020 – We plan to start shipping pre-ordered PSIO Cartridges within 2 weeks.

Currently also working on a major update for cartridges which will fix a majority of problems.

We are running behind on Service Desk tickets. Please bear with us whilst we get through them all.

11/JULY/2020 – PSIO Cartridges are available on backorder again!

Fixed a problem where some users couldn’t download firmware updates.

06/JULY/2020 – After working many long hours on the site, all issues that were reported with it seem to be fixed. We hope you enjoy the new homepage (we will be making a new video for it later on).

PSIO Cartridges will be available soon once we finish off some final tweaks to the site. Don’t worry, those who are subscribed to be alerted when they are available for order will be of course notified.

04/JULY/2020 – Fixed a problem where users were not unable to login to their accounts.

Currently we are updating the Credit Card payment code with a nicer more modern interface. Additional tweaks to other pages such as the ‘My Account’ page and emails which the system generates are also being worked on to improve them.

02/JULY/2020 – The server running the PSIO website has been updated to WordPress 5.4.2 and PHP 7.4.7 which results in faster page loading and increased security. If there are any problems with the website, be sure to create a ticket in the Service Desk (by clicking on the ‘Contact’ button) to let us know.

We will offer PSIO Cartridges on backorder again in a day or so. We just need to finish updating and tweaking some old code.

29/JUNE/2020 – Due to multiple complaints about missing tracking numbers, we are looking at ditching DHL and signing up with FedEx instead. We will remove the ‘Free Shipping’ option and start to offer ‘International Priority Express’ shipping so cartridges are received in 3-5 business days instead of 3-5 weeks.

If you have a ticket open in our Service Desk and it hasn’t been looked at in a while, it’s because we have quite a few to get through with questions/issues from other people. Don’t worry though, we’ll get to it as soon as we can.
