Report a Game Problem

If a particular game title isn't working or you wish to report a bug in the Menu System, be sure to firstly check existing problems in our JIRA database and on our Forums.

If you don't see your problem listed, you can let us know by filling out a "Report a Game Problem" ticket on our Service Management system or by posting your issue publicly on our Forums. Posting the game issue to Discord is also a valid option (which you may join by logging into My Account). Please don't use the Forums or Discord for shipment statuses or order issues (use the Service Management system for that instead).

If you have a suggestion, problem with the PSIO website, complaint or have general feedback, these may also be submitted from the Service Management link above. Note that if you don't have an account on our Service Management system, you will need to make one as these are separate from your account here on the PSIO website and our Forums too.
